TUITION

Annual tuition at The Pioneer School for the 2024-25 year will be determined once Step Up for Students Scholarship amounts are released, but will likely be $10,000 and includes the student’s supply fee, Flagship fee, and curriculum fee.

$1,000/month August-May

  • Each student needs to bring their own laptop.

  • The Pioneer School accepts the 'Step Up for Students'/ FTC (income-based)/FES-EO, HOPE (for victims of bullying), Family Empowerment, FES-UA (for students with unique abilities/formerly ‘McKay’), and AAA Scholarships, but reserves the right to limit the number of scholarship students enrolled.  All Pioneer students must meet the school's admission requirements and adhere to the academic and behavioral standards outlined in the school's Community Guide.

*Please note that there are particular financial considerations for students using scholarships which we’re happy to discuss during the admissions process. Any difference in the amount of scholarship awarded and tuition amount must be made up by the family unless other arrangements are made. For more information on scholarship opportunities, please visit https://www.stepupforstudents.org/. Step Up/FTC/FES Scholarship students are required by the FL Dept. of Education to take a norm-referenced test (Iowa Test of Basic Skills) annually. This test costs approximately $80.

**Private scholarship funds may be available to help scholarship families with the difference between state scholarship amount and Pioneer tuition.
